A dining and retail strip called Southbrook Station is preparing to break ground off US 183 in Leander in early 2024.
According to a news release from broker Endeavor Real Estate Group, the development is set to be complete later in the year.

Representatives with Endeavor said the development is currently about 60% preleased, and negotiations are taking place to bring the project to approximately 90% leased with additional restaurants and retailers.
